Chosing as a starting point the latest artistic experiences that brought Calicanto to face musical traditions of Istria, Dalmatia, Isole Incoronate, Isole Egee, and also the big jam of people and cultures that nowadays Istanbul is, the trio focuses on a new collection of images coming from this territoires, in a sort of rendition in music of costumes, food, sensations, dances and parties.

The essential choice of the instruments, acoustic on pourpose, induces the musicians to investigate in an expeimental dimention the expressive possibilities of the three instruments, moving from pronounces typical of the tradition and blending them with contemporary sounds and techniques, in a continuous care for the interplay.
