Caliballo

The astonishing repertoire and the enormous quantity of documents regarding Veneto's dance collected in the last 25 years is the occasion for inviting a friend of our own, researcher, dancer and teacher, Guglielmo Pinna, to present a show wholly devoted to dance.

The production, the trio concert, could be estended with workshops, gatherings and lectures, organized in a week-end that ideally finds its end in a concert or in a festa a ballo.

Some of the most known and loved dances of our musical landscape will be investigated: Polesana, Furlana, Manfrina polacca, Scotìs, Pive, Bassanello, Valsivier, Quadriglie, Pairis, Sette passi, Do passi, Giga, Menacò, Tarantella agordina, and obviously polcas, valzer and mazurcas.
