With this production Calicanto goes back again to one of its most beloved activities: the theatre. Starting from one of the most important song of its repertoire and the rendez-vous with actress Laura Curino and the friends Titino Carrara and Paolo Malvinni, the play tells the story of an incredible enterprise that happened on the mountains between the river Adige and the Garda Lake in 1438 and that had as main protagonists the Repubblica di Venezia and Visconti di Milano. The music has been composed specifically for this play but will meet also old weel-known Calicanto's tunes, offering a musical landscape of great strenght for Laura Curino's interpretation.
